Taxes, Processing Fees, and Maintenance Fees:

At BizFix, we are committed to transparent pricing and ensuring that our customers fully understand all charges associated with their orders.

 

BizFix charges taxes on physical items in accordance with state and federal laws. The tax rate will vary depending on the location of the purchase and the type of item being purchased. We are committed to complying with all applicable tax regulations and ensuring that our customers are charged the correct amount of tax. If you have any questions regarding taxes on your purchase, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

A 10% maintenance fee will be charged with any and all purchases that we process on behalf of a client or business. BizFix has the right to deem what is considered a purchase "on behalf of" a client or business which may include but is not limited to apparel, marketing supplies, and online purchases. This fee covers the costs associated with processing payments and service maintenance and helps us maintain the quality of our services. The fee will be added to the total cost of your order.

Payment Authorization:

By engaging in transactions with BizFix, you authorize us to charge the provided credit or debit card for selected products or services on or before the subscription renewal date.

  • This authorization applies to agreed-upon transaction amounts.

  • If additional charges arise from modifications or supplementary services, BizFix reserves the right to process these charges on the provided card(s) without requiring further authorization.

  • Payment information is handled securely in compliance with privacy and security standards.

  • Authorization remains in effect until the completion of services or written revocation is received.

Subscription Payment and Service Termination Policy:

Subscription Payment Obligation
  • Clients must maintain up-to-date and timely payments for subscribed services.

  • Subscription fees are outlined in the agreed-upon terms and billed according to the set cycle.

 

Grace Period
  • A 3-day grace period is provided after the subscription due date for payment updates.

  • Payments made within this period prevent service disruptions.

 

Service Termination Without Prior Notice
  • If payment is not received within the grace period, BizFix may:

    • Terminate services without prior notice

    • Discontinue or pause all VNATech features, including:

      • Marketing campaigns

      • Social media management

      • Advertising campaigns

  • Service access remains suspended until payment is updated.

 

Website Hosting Subscription Policy
  • If a client fails to pay for website hosting 30 days after the billing date, BizFix may:

    • Pause the premium website, leading to:

      • Loss of premium features (e.g., online payments, bookings).

    • BizFix is not responsible for any revenue loss, customer loss, or business disruption resulting from unpaid hosting fees.

 

Reactivation of Services
  • Clients can request service reactivation after resolving outstanding payments.

  • Reactivation is at BizFix's discretion and may include additional fees.

 

Client Responsibilities
  • Clients are responsible for:

    • Keeping payment information updated.

    • Ensuring sufficient funds for subscription renewals.

  • BizFix will provide notifications for upcoming payments and potential service termination.

 

No Obligation for Additional Notice
  • Clients acknowledge that VNATech is not required to provide further notice beyond the 3-day grace period before terminating services.

Reputation Disclaimer

BizFix is committed to professionalism and delivering high-quality services. However:

  • We are not responsible for any reputational damage arising from:

    • External factors

    • Public perception

    • Circumstances beyond our control

  • Business reputation is influenced by various external elements, and BizFix does not assume liability for such outcomes.

  • Clients should actively monitor their online presence to ensure alignment with their business goals.

While BizFix provides support and guidance within our service scope, ultimate responsibility for reputation management rests with the client.
