BizFix Service Agreement

1. Website Hosting Plans

This agreement is entered into between the purchaser (Client) and BizFix, representing a service arrangement with BizFix for website hosting. By purchasing a website hosting plan through BizFix, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

1.1 Service Activation

Upon completion of the purchase, the Client's website will be hosted and powered by Wix.com.

1.2 Subscription Period

The subscription period for both website hosting through BizFix and platform services through Wix.com shall run concurrently.

1.3 Payment

The Client agrees to the payment terms outlined by BizFix for the hosting plan, as well as any fees associated with the Wix.com subscription plan under BizFix's "on behalf of" payment policy.

1.4 Content and Customization

BizFix retains control and ownership of website design content. Customization and management of the website will be facilitated by BizFix.

1.5 Termination

Termination of the BizFix hosting plan will result in the simultaneous termination of the Wix.com subscription. The Client will remain responsible for all future payments related to the website and Wix platform.

By proceeding with the purchase, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and any additional terms imposed by Wix.com.

2. Domain Purchase Agreement

2.1 Ownership

By purchasing a domain through BizFix, the Client acknowledges and agrees that BizFix will be the sole owner of the domain.

2.2 Client Usage Rights

While BizFix retains ownership, the Client is granted the right to use the domain for the duration of their active service.

2.3 Renewal and Expiry

BizFix is responsible for the renewal and management of the domain. Clients will be notified in advance of any renewal fees and expiration dates.

2.4 Transfer of Ownership

In the event of service termination, the Client may request a domain transfer, subject to BizFix’s policies and any associated transfer fees.

2.5 Domain Privacy

BizFix may provide domain privacy services to protect Client information in public domain registration records, subject to additional terms and fees.

3. Better Business Plan and Free Trial Policy

3.1 Free Trial Terms

Clients purchasing a yearly website hosting package are eligible for a one-month free trial of BizFix's Better Business Plan, starting from the date of purchase. BizFix is not obligated to start services until a payment is made.

3.2 Service Adjustments

The free trial plan may have service modifications and could differ from the fully paid plan. BizFix reserves the right to adjust features during the free trial period.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients must familiarize themselves with the Better Business Plan features during the trial. BizFix is not obligated to provide reminders about trial expiration.

3.4 Transition to Paid Plan

At the end of the trial, Clients may continue the Better Business Plan by opting into automatic payments. If they choose not to subscribe, access to these services will be discontinued.

3.5 Refund Policy

BizFix guarantees that its Better Business Plans will drive new local traffic monthly. If an increase is not observed, Clients may request a refund, subject to verification. Refunds are not available in cases of:

  • Non-compliance with strategy recommendations

  • Incomplete or incorrect business information

  • Delayed or missing payments

  • Significant changes in business status

  • Lack of access to required platforms

  • Violation of BizFix’s Terms of Service

4. Additional and Miscellaneous Services Agreement

4.1 Service Acquisition

BizFix may purchase additional services on behalf of Clients.

4.2 Ownership and Control

BizFix retains ownership and administrative control unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.3 Usage Rights

Clients are granted usage rights for these services as long as they maintain an active account with BizFix.

4.4 Renewal and Expiry

BizFix will manage service renewals and notify Clients of upcoming fees.

4.5 Transfer or Cancellation

Requests for transfer, cancellation, or modification of services must comply with BizFix’s policies and applicable fees.

5. Advertising and Marketing Services

5.1 Google Ad Management Terms
  • BizFix charges a 15% management fee on total Google Ads spend.

  • Clients are responsible for timely payments to avoid campaign suspension.

  • If spending exceeds the allocated budget, Clients are responsible for additional costs.

5.2 Advertisement Vouchers (Business Plan Packages)
  • Clients receive the full ad voucher amount specified in their package.

  • BizFix reserves the right to charge any difference if voucher funds are insufficient.

  • Late payments may result in campaign suspension or termination.

5.3 Advertising Management (All Platforms)

BizFix manages advertising across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Clients must:

  • Ensure timely payments for ad spend and management fees.

  • Adhere to budget allocation guidelines set by BizFix.

  • Be aware that exceeding the budget will incur additional costs.

6. Virtual Assistant Services

6.1 Scope of Service

BizFix’s virtual assistant assists Clients with administrative tasks and outreach under direct Client instruction.

6.2 Client Responsibilities

The Client assumes full responsibility for content and messaging handled by the virtual assistant.

6.3 Reputation and Liability

BizFix is not liable for the Client’s public perception or reputational outcomes resulting from virtual assistant activities.

6.4 Information Security

Clients must ensure confidentiality when providing instructions to the virtual assistant.

7. Customer Engagement and Online Presence Policy

7.1 Service Focus

BizFix enhances online presence through digital marketing solutions.

7.2 No Guarantee of Sales

BizFix does not guarantee specific customer or sales outcomes, as success is influenced by external factors.

7.3 Strategic Support

BizFix provides optimization strategies, reporting, and guidance to improve online engagement.

7.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must collaborate with BizFix and provide accurate business information.

7.5 Termination

Clients may terminate services at any time per the outlined termination policy.

8. Contractors and Freelancers Agreement

8.1 Confidentiality Agreement

All contractors and freelancers must sign confidentiality agreements.

8.2 Data Protection

They must comply with applicable data protection laws and security measures.

8.3 Use of Information

Information obtained through BizFix must not be used outside the scope of the contractor’s engagement.

8.4 Security Measures

Secure handling of data is required, including encryption and password protection.

8.5 Reporting Breaches

Any security or data breaches must be reported immediately to BizFix.

9. Email List Collection and Usage

9.1 Consent

Clients consent to BizFix using business email lists for marketing, updates, and service communications.

9.2 Data Protection

BizFix will not share or disclose HIPAA-protected data without appropriate consent.

9.3 Client Responsibility

Clients must ensure their email lists comply with privacy regulations.

10. Changes to This Policy

BizFix may update this Service Agreement. The most recent version will be available on our website, and Clients may receive notifications regarding changes.
